- 1 Cup Mixed dry fruits
- 2 tbsp Raisins
- 1/2 cup Dates (khajoor)
- 1/4 cup Oats flour
- 1 tbsp Ghee
How to Make Protein Ladoo I Energy Ball
- Dry roast oats flour and dry fruits and keep aside. In a grinder, add deseeded dates and dry fruits.
- Add some ghee and blend everything together.
- Take out the mixture, add oats flour and knead well.
- Add more ghee if required.
- Shape them into balls and let the ladoos set.
